The Email Confirmation Mail doesn’t get resent/sent to my guardian.

@0809411 Probably worth checking spam and making sure that it's going to their account email address.

    Well, We have checked Spam folder and all the folders multiple times and we have entered the exact correct Email Adress but we still get no Confirmation Mail.
