The friend list is not appearing in battlefield V

When I open Battlefield V and try to join my friends I can't they can only join me and the same happened to my friend so I can't join them nor send them invites and vice versa

when I press on the socials and open the menu only my squad appears on the left and none of my friends appear on the right
