Hello @Chillpachi12, @Fjord-Nord-Horde, @Celdoz, @heychadwick, and @LadyMorathi25.
I noticed a common denominator appears to be that you all are running version 1804 of Windows 10. There were a number of improvements in Dx12 in the October 2018 (version 1809) update, so it may be good to see if you're able to do a Windows Update and see if there are any improvements in performance and stability. Please let me know how it does.

Interesting observation, and I like the way you're thinking looking for commonalities, I am grateful for any and all assistance that can be provided.
So here's the weird part.....when I click on Check for Updates through Windows, it says I'm all up to date. When I click on HP Support Assistant, it says there are no updates. I do not know why my system isn't seeing the 1809 as an option. I know there was an issue with it and a re-roll out earlier this month. A couple of the resources I found said that it would be available "if your system is compatible", is that just generic meaningless language or should I infer my system isn't compatible for some reason. I have searched and found a few 1809 versions of windows updates, a cumulative update and a security update, not sure if I should manually attempt to download them or not. I use this computer primarily for my small business so I don't want to risk it going down. I'm just perplexed it doesn't see it when I do Check for Updates, that was one of the first things I did last night as basic troubleshooting.

please try to switch over to DX11, if you have your DX12 enable.

Before latest win update i could play both dx 11 and 12 after win update i can only play on dx11 but with dx12 it crash when loading game

Same problems for me with 1809 update running DX12. already sent the DX diag report via origin

I set my sound profile to night mode, i'll switch back to stereo and see if it helps.

I have the same issue and I use v1809 of Windows Pro x64 , but I get the same crashes mentioned here.

Have you tried the audio changes? It seems to work for some people...

wow thanks this solution seems to have worled for me . i was stuck on windows 10 build 1803 for some reason the normal update button never change that. I manually installed 1809 and finally the bf worked again .

I also noticed my maps still wont load unless my video settings are all on ULTRA. maybe that will help someone /shrug.

Didn't do it for me.
I must admit I am frustrated with EA support on this. I haven't gotten a direct response yet from those in this thread yet and it has been marked RESOLVED. It isn't resolved for me. I really just want someone to say something like, "we are working on it".
At this point, I've been tinkering with it literally ALL DAY and it hasn't worked. My time is up. Holiday will keep me busy until Sunday evening. I HOPE that I can come home and it will be resolved.
