Just checked on my other monitor and it still happens.

That's super strange. I'd try the following to see if you can fix it:

  1. Reset all your video settings to default in-game.
  2. Roll back your video card driver and download the latest version.
  3. Make sure you have the latest windows updates.
  4. Adjust the resolution for your desktop.
  5. Right-click on BFV and select Repair.

        I play with FOV at max, and the glitch is only seen over 80 or so.
