The "progress bar" for the rank in the end of round screen isn't correct

Summarize your bug The "progress bar" on the menu tab "Upcoming" in the end of round screen isn't tracking properly.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just finish a round.
What happens when the bug occurs? The progress bar is always showing that you are almost at the next level, even if you aren't close.
What should be happening instead? The progress bar should properly indicate your progress towards the next rank.
Since patch 4.4 the "progress bar" for the profile rank on the menu tab "Upcoming" in the end of round screen isn't tracking properly. In stead it always appears as you have 1 xp left to the next rank.
Another note:
My personal opinion is that it's way more logical (across all game ranks) if the rank number shown would be the level that you actually have reached, and not the next level.
