The STG 44 won’t unlock

I got to rank 13 for assault about a week ago

and I was expecting the stg 44 to unlock

but it hasn’t 

i go into a match, it says wait till next round

next round comes and still hasn’t unlocked

Please help cause I really want to use this gun

    If you have try to refresh, restart and repair the game and if the STG 44 is already not unlock, contact EA assistance for their team unlock your weapon.
