Battlefield 5 Randomly Crashes

So i wanted to pick up playing Battlefield 5 again, as I had been wanting to play again, but a problem came up that has been reoccuring for an EXTREMELY long time now. The game just randomly crashes whenever it feels like it, sometimes on the main menus, but mostly after having JUST found a match and it sends me to the black loading screen before a freeze and then it closes, without any crash report or anything and the EA App just returns onto my screen, the game having probably crashed.
I have tried a LOT of things that Ea support and other posts on reddit and EA forums suggested.
Ive redownloaded the game and the EA App, i have repaired battlefield many times, i have updated AND redownloaded my Nvidia app and drivers, ive looked in the event managed from microsoft and couldnt see any error pop up (though i dont really knwo how that app works) i have turned graphic settings to the lowest it can be and turned off ambient occlusion, yet still it crashes whenever it feels like it, only stable thing about it, is i can play through the ''Welcome to Battlefield'' campaign just fine, what can it be because i really wanna play again, please help-
I play on PC and have a RTX 3060 and AMD Ryzen 7 5800x

  • Having the same problem - 4090 with 9800X3D

Made me so mad that I've reinstalled win11 on 23h2 and 24h2.

Tried both version with nvidia 566.36 and 576.15, both crashing.

It's completely random - sometimes in the menu after a few minutes, sometimes at the beginning of a round and sometimes I can play a full round I:

sounds like we have the same issue in a way, though youve been luckier than me, i cant even get onto the loading into match screen or it crashes, i will be trying out to run the game in administrator (though i have tried this years ago when it broke first)  and some other harsher methods if that doesnt work, hope ill get an answer soon cus i paid good money for this game..

  • Somehow, after not even having touched anything it has gotten worse again, i cant even load into the main menu anymore, after the initial loading screen the game cant even switch to the main menus or it just straight up shuts down, also still no pop-ups signalling what is going on with the game, this is unheard of...

  • the game made some progress today, managed to atleast get into the games main menu, after having changed literally nothing from last time. Play a bit of last tiger because singleplay seems to run as smooth as butter and thats not even on the lowest graphic settings, kept an eye on my pc performance and it was performing great, but not all can be good, left the singleplay mission, click on multiplayer, then strategic conquest, then play andddd.... boop. crash, no pop up, nothing. To me it seems its a game issue for sure, my pc preformed amazing, even in singleplayer, but either i get unlucky in the main menu and i crash, or, the one ive seen most, trying to get into a multiplayer game by clicking on play, or trying to get into the match on the loading screen, the same crash happens.

I swear to god I'll never touch my cpu and ram settings in my bios again.

Months before I've tuned my cpu settings a bit so I can tighten my ram timings to get better performance.

Everything was running fine since then but suddenly my crashes with and without error-reports appeared (bfV being one of them) out of nowhere.

I've fixed it by resetting my bios to default and only activating my expo boost on my RAM. (xmp for intel cpus I think)

I don't know if that information will help you at all but who knows.
