I also faced this problem. contacted support, the request was already closed without a response. I did not find a solution with the help of support. what to do?
- ElliotLH2 years agoHero+Hi @krakenbush If the case was marked as bring solved, but the items still aren't appearing in the Armory, you'll need to go back to EA Help and try again. Only they can add missing game items to your account.
