@Dandangoon I just had a quick look on the EA Help site and was able to create an email case via the following steps:

1. Went to help.ea.com 

2. Searched for Battlefield V from the list of games

3. Selected the "I'm looking for something I earned" option

4. Selected the "Email us" option.

    @ElliotLH It's been days.I've sent 2 emails from this window.So far, no one has replied to my email. What should I do?

      @Dandangoon You might just need to wait for a response. I'd suggest not opening multiple cases though as that can move your placement in the queue back.
