"this ea account is restricted from accessing any online features" * EA

i got an error saying

"this ea account is restricted from accessing any online features if you believe you have received this message in error please contact customer support. please check ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information."

with 3 hours still left on trial for battlefield 5 on my account. very angry weasted 15 minutes in game trying to connect to online. fix your old servers *.

    TO ANYONE HAVING THIS ISSUE IN BF5 SWITCH FROM DIRECT X 12 ENABLED TO DISABLED TO FIX THIS ERROR

    Switching back to Direct X 11 should resolve the issue.

    @MRKoopa1985 Go to the Documents folder, and then to Star Wars Battlefront II\settings. Open the BootOptions in a text editor and change “GstRender.EnableDx12 0” to “GstRender.EnableDx12 1” (or vice versa, if you want to disable DirectX 12).
