I paid for the game and yet I am also having this issue.... please help

If you've actually bought the game, you shouod try turning Direct X 12 off. As far as I'm aware the problem we're all having is strictly related to being on the trial.

    Try actually reading through this thread man  ea reps have openly admitted they are restricting online access and pretty much everyone here has tried switching from dx12 and it has not changed anything.

      I literslly made this thread mate. EA representatives have not openly admitted to restricting online access, they have however admitted to having issues with allowing origin basic members access online features.

      They have not though talked about people who bought a retail copy of the game (as opposed to the trail) having the same issue. So I suggested a fix that was offered to me, and that I seen online has worked quite often.

      It didn't work, but I'd rather try and help someone else and fail, than just complain about my own problems.

        Help others from buying origin access so they can play BV5 is my goal. EA knows there is a problem, yet continue to scam others to buy origin access by advertising BV5 trial. Who the hell does that? you continue to sell something you know is broken..,..yes the more we scream, yell, complain, the more chances they might get off their chairs to fix it, if this has not been done on purpose, which in my opinion is very real possibility.....
