There is no need to contact a Live-Chat Advisor about this. The Origin team is aware of this happening and intends to have it fix as soon as possible. We can tell this is very important to a lot of you and not how the Origin Access membership should function, so trust me when I say it's a top priority for us to get it fixed for both current and future Origin Access members.

If you have anything specific to contribute to this thread such as possible workaround solutions that would be fantastic so others can see if it can help get them online for BFV.

Just admit there will be no fix, EA and dice put out a garbage product here so they can collect our money from a brick¡!!!!!!!!

It's pretty bad that this is going on for such a long time. Very misleading, especially with the current Origin Access promotion going on. Some people have download caps, you know.
It would be great if this information would be shared with the people that man the live chat on EA Help. Unfortunately the error message is misleading and I thought there was a problem with my account, so I contacted EA Help and they made me download the game again. Of course it's still not working.
Now I find this thread.
Well, at least this lesson only cost me 99 cents.

That's the worst part in my opinion. EA continues to avertise the trial when they know it does not work! Top it all off with the fact they can't even share the info to their whole team ......

Yo, I had this problem too. Was eager to checkout BFV but can't even try it out. Canceled my Access subscription. Not trying to hate and I hope for all the success for EA and Origin. Just speaking out on how disappointed I am. I don't have all the time in the world to check back for updates and fixes. Maybe I'll be back to checkout BFVI or whatever is next. Hard pass for now, cba to troubleshoot basic functionality.

@EA_Blueberry honestly this is pathetic. I remember when the teams would be quick to jump on to these issues and fix them asap. From what I've seen, this has been going on for the passed month. Still no resolution? Or did you make it so that the BF1 Trial is Singleplayer only without telling anyone... I now have a computer sufficient enough to run BFV, So I go to jump on the trial, only to receive this error? ON A CODE A MATE GAVE ME TO USE TO TRY THE GAME?!?! Geewiz, glad I hardly support this company anymore.
