Tides of War/Kill 2 Enemies with V1/JB2 as a squad does not unlock progression

Guys I TRIED FOR 2 days (im not the best at the game) and FINALYYYYYYYYYYY i got in a team who managed to satisfy the requirements of the question by getting the 2 kills with the v1. BUT IT DIDNT FRE...

well now I am up to around 20+ kills over 4 rockets and only 1 kill counted

Can you buy the helmet next week?

I have tried everything I think, I even just had someone promote me to lead so I can drop a rocket which was nice.
