There is a workaround that may help. Good luck and let me know how it goes.
Battlefield V known issues and bugs
“…workaround for you to try. Before you do this, you may want to contact anyone you’re game-sharing with and ask them to make sure they don’t have your Xbox One set as their home console - just in case this makes them lose access to your shared game.”
- Open the Settings menu on your Xbox One.
- Choose Personalization.
- Select My Home Xbox.
- Change the setting here to Not Home Xbox.
- Restart your console to apply the change.
- Launch Battlefield V again using the game disc to check that you can play without trial messages..
- Once that’s confirmed, you should be able to exit the game then go back and set your Xbox as your Home Xbox again.
@uncensorious I just got done trying this.It still gives me the message "Upgrade Now This content is not available to you as a BF5 trial player. If you want to get access to this content you need to upgrade the game. And then takes me to a screen where I can buy the game.
