How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What happens when the bug occurs? Kills do not accrue towards the "in 1 life" requirement but it does for the "in 1 round" requirement.
What should be happening instead? Both requirements should progress with kills.
The second requirement ("in 1 life...") doesn't trigger at all.
