Unable to 100% Nordlys War story, issues with challenge

Summarize your bug I'v unable to 100% complete the nordlys war story due to an issues with one of the challenges, In the second act their is a challenge with is to find in warm yourself with all the campfires. But in the mission itself it's state that i have done all the challenges including the warm by all campfires. However in the main menu and war stories menu it states that it is NOT completed. so im unable to receive the unlockable melee weapon or the medal. No matter how many time i retry the act to get it, it never has fixed itself
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? not sure, something similar happened with tirailleur war story but a restart of the game fixed it but not this time
What happens when the bug occurs? the challenge completed award didn't show, unable to complete 100% of the war story or receive the medal or melee weapon from completing the story
What should be happening instead? main menu states that nordlys is 100% complete and should recive the medal and melee weapon ‌

    I read a fix to this on someone else's EA help post. You need to use a usb to save your player data, also save your data with a cloud save, then delete the saved player data on your console or pc, replay the mission while completing the missing/bugged assignment, complete the mission, then reload your character data via usb or cloud download, and it should complete the war story. After completed, the melee weapon will appear as a shipment in the armory.

    Same here... cant finish sneaking challenge in the first chapter... its done in the episode window but not in the overview before you start the mission. why can we not

    open a ticket for this?

    I’m having problems with it on the Xbox one I have completed all of the challenges and found all letters but it is showing that I have not

    Hi everyone, if you have problem still try use this workaround, this has worked for others so might give it a try.

    For PC you can try this:
    1. Rename the settings folder and disable cloud save
    2. Play the War Story, completing the challenges that you were previously missing
    3. Receive the Mission Reward
    4. Rename settings folder again - the skin will remain in the inventory once claimed.

    For PS4 you can try this:
    1. Export the game save files to an USB drive.
    2. Delete the game save files in the console.
    3. Start the game. You'll have to adjust contrast and play again the intro.
    4. Now, play the War Story and complete the bugged challenge. It will show correctly achieved.
    5. Close the game, and restore the game save files from the USB to the console.
    6. Start the game, and you'll have your reward at the armory.

    For Xbox it would similar:
    1.You would need to move the saved file from the Xbox to a USB stick,
    2. Clear local and cloud saves for BFV. (This wont remove multi player data)
    3. Start the game. You'll have to adjust contrast and play again the intro.
    4. Now, play the War Story and complete the bugged challenge. It will show correctly achieved.
    5. Lose the game, and restore the game save files from the USB to the console.
    5. Start the game, and you'll have your reward at the armoury.

    I’ve got the same bug with the Nordlys Campaign where it says I already completed the challenge but on the menu it says I haven’t. I’ve completed it over and over and still can’t get it. I’m playing on Xbox and I tried transferring my saved data to a usb drive but I can’t figure out how and no one seems to give clear instructions. This is really bugging me because it’s the only challenge left. CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME

    Just wanted to add that I solved the issue (thanks to a post EA made). I’m on XBOX and what I did was go to my games and apps, Battlefield V, manage game and add on’s then go down to data. There will be 2 different ones, the save cloud and the one with your gamerpic next to it. Delete the one with your gamer pic. Then start the game up. You will have to replay the prologue missions but after that you can choose whichever story you like. NOTE: it will refresh your campaign data however all the challenges you completed before are linked to your profile so you won’t have to redo them. It’s kinda the opposite of before meaning that in the menu it will say you completed them but in the game it will say you haven’t. It also will NOT effect your online items or status in any way(other than that everything you had before will have the flashing circle next to it like they were new items) like I said, EA posted this fix and it worked for me
