Unable to build fortifications, and more.

Please fix the following:

-After the last update, building fortifications doesnt work properly. It doesn't always build, and when in build mode, it shows that you can build even though the specific fortification is already done

- Assignments doesn't count towards completion, even though you complete the tasks several times

- Sometimes I can't spawn as a specific class, and have to choose a different one, die, and then I am amble to spawn the wanted class (medic)
