Unable to build snowman etc. bf5

Last 30min till it expires and I'm STILL trying 😢 and nothing!

I'm having the same issue too.

I just tried myself, same problem.

Same * is happening to me this is unfortunate seeing that's 30,000 XP and it's literally one of the easiest challenges.

FYI You only have to build the first layer. Either do Fjell or Narvik and run directly to the snowman locations. Start your build before anyone and the second you build the first layer watch the side of your screen. You will receive credit. I got incredibly lucky and did it before anyone else and was rewarded the 30k exp.

That is your work around sadly guys. This kind of bug going unnoticed by QND is absurd. Internal testers clearly don't build fortifications because this is happening with all fortifications as of tonight. This should've been caught by internal QND testers.

Last day and still can't complete this stupid assignment, because of the bug, must of tried at least six times. Feelsbadman

Having the same problem, its so annoying and its unfair because its going to expire today and most of us wont get the reward.

Guys, here is an update. I have done all the achievements bar the snowman which will not build past the initial shovel stage. However, I think they fixed the issue but failed to communicate what you need to do. Once you have done all but he snowman, the last figurette of the gun becomes ticked. If you then go to the shipments section (i forget where, but its easy to find and something like the armoury I think off the main screen) and you will find the gun there ready to claim. You have to claim it to get it. It wont be added to your guns as standard. Claim it and you have it. I hope that helps. Reading the comments, I can simplify with peoples frustrations, being one of those frustrated. But also with 30 years in software development, I can also appreciate bugs do happen, the important thing is how you deal with the bugs to deliver something better. Considering the size and complexity of the game, which is in itself impressive, things will have issues. But its still by far miles better than the COD option for a shooter game with its inferior peer to peer methodology.

Can't build it either. Whenever I go upto the snowman it always says it has about 20% already built and no matter I do it won't build anymore
