If your son is using a child account he would be restricted from accessing the online features in Battlefield V until he's of age. The date of birth on his account is what would determine that.

Thanks for the response. Yeah, I kinda figured that's what it was. What is the age he can start playing. Is it 13? Is that just for the EA Servers?

Right, it's a restriction to the EA servers themselves. The required age can vary depending where you're located. We have a full list of the ages over at the EA Help website:

One he reaches the age for your location it should automatically lift the access restrictions.
