Did you try the steps above I posted?
It helps if you let us know what platform you play on, the specific error you might be getting (if different from the post title), and what troubleshooting steps you've already tried (unplug modem/router, power cycled console, changed to wired connection instead of WiFi, etc)

Tried rebooting router, power cycling console (Xbox series X), uninstall/reinstall, and switching from wireless to wired connection…even the aforementioned command prompts…
nothing works.
