Everytime a game finishes whether it’s grand operations or conquest it fails to load the next day ( operations )/ game of conquest and gets stuck on a black loading screen is anyone else experiencing this? I have to dashboard everytime and find a new game

This should hopefully be fixed in an upcoming Patch, there is one coming on December 4th, but there hasn't been any details as to what's included in that Patch yet regarding this.
Have you tried any of these troubleshooting steps in the meantime?

That’s fine it’s a known issue but it’s making the game and esp that mode unplayable. Why play if every time we lock up.
They know about it, but since they already have your money, they really don't care.
If they cared, they would have made the game work and work well before release to the public.
If they cared, they would have made a game that would hold a strong attraction, relevance to players and be based on modern warfare, tactics, weapons etc. This is my 9th Battlefield game and will be my last. it peaked at BF4 and took a nose dive at BF1 IMHO Giant Step Backwards. FML, they might as well have gone all cowboys, aliens and Indians with pew pew arrows at that point and probably held more relevance to what gamers really want compared to the point we're at now.
If they cared, someone from EA would have answered by now.
If they cared, there'd be better (upspec'd) servers to provide gamers a more stable gaming experience and in sufficient numbers to service the size of the community who are trying to play. (Well, for Oceania anyway)
If they cared, you wouldn't have to put up with being treated with contempt as a disposable commodity that doesn't matter and there'd be some feedback from EA insiders to say hey look, we fudged it up and this is what we're doing to make it right for you. Yeah right.
