Unable to matchmake with full access to game
I tried to enter matchmaking on battlefield 5 and it recognised me as a trial player even though I have full access to the game…

If you're seeing a message that you're a trial player, then you have a trial status set on either your EA or Xbox accounts. You'll need to contact EA Help and potentially Xbox Support for assistance with that, as it's something they'll need to change on your account itself.
