If you're seeing a message that you're a trial player, then you have a trial status set on either your EA or Xbox accounts. You'll need to contact EA Help and potentially Xbox Support for assistance with that, as it's something they'll need to change on your account itself.

Hi, I’ve contacted xbox and they told me it’s a ea issue to speak to them and so I did. Ea are yet to email me or contact me back with a result. They mentioned last time I contacted them that the back office games people are trying to sort the problem
