unable to play battlefield 5

I have origin access premiere and I'm not able to play battlefield 5. it is installed, I tried restarting computer, origin, and uninstalling and reinstalling bf5.

    I had to go into the web store (not the Origin client) here https://www.origin.com/irl/en-us/store/battlefield/battlefield-v then manually add it to my account (despite already having the preordered one in my library) and then upgrade the game. After that I was forced to upgrade my GPU driver to the latest version and then I was able to play.

Maybe you could give some more details what happens when you try to start it.
