Unauthorized EA Account Linked to My Steam Account

Dear EA Support,

I am experiencing an issue with my EA account. When I recently tried to play an EA game on Steam, I discovered that an EA account with the email "creaps222@gmail.com" was linked to my Steam account. However, I have never linked this email to my Steam account.

When I attempted to play Battlefield V, which I recently purchased, the EA application launched and prompted me to enter a verification code / 2FA sent to creaps222@gmail.com. Since this is not my email, I was unable to proceed.

For context, the last time I accessed my Steam account was between 2019 and 2020. I did not play any games on this account after that period because my account was hacked. I only managed to recover and secure my Steam account at the end of 2024.

I have already contacted EA Support via live chat, but the agent did not provide clear assistance. Instead, I was asked multiple verification questions related to the EA account that was fraudulently linked to my Steam, despite my explanation that I never linked it. The agent even asked for personal details of that EA account, which I obviously do not have.

Additionally, I have contacted Steam Support, and they instructed me to directly reach out to EA for assistance.

I can prove my ownership of my Steam account with any necessary verification. I have full access to my Steam account and can provide purchase history, login records, or any other proof required to confirm that the account is rightfully mine.

I kindly request your help in removing this unauthorized EA account from my Steam account as soon as possible.
