Good day! Please unlock network access to the game. Which was blocked a long time ago, for reasons I do not understand. I assure you that I have never used third-party software and did not violate the rules of the game. This is a misunderstanding. I ask for help in unblocking the network game. I also have Battlefild of different versions and never had any violations on my part.
Please help to solve this problem.

I checked my Ban history, it's empty.
It says your account has been blocked.
A long time ago, I replaced my old monitor with a new one, started a game, played for a couple minutes, I was thrown out of the game with the message that your account is blocked and access to the network is impossible. I contacted support and tried to ask them for help, I really didn't do anything illegal. But my account was never restored. After a while I decided to revisit this issue as I really enjoyed the game.
On the appeals page, it says the following

it says on the home screen
No network access
Your account is blocked
