Hi @Briz_garant If you've been banned, which sounds like the problem you're posting about, then you'll need to contact the ToS team to make an appeal.

I checked my Ban history, it's empty.

It says your account has been blocked.
A long time ago, I replaced my old monitor with a new one, started a game, played for a couple minutes, I was thrown out of the game with the message that your account is blocked and access to the network is impossible. I contacted support and tried to ask them for help, I really didn't do anything illegal. But my account was never restored. After a while I decided to revisit this issue as I really enjoyed the game.
- ElliotLH2 years agoHero+@Briz_garant If you're seeing a message in-game saying you've been banned or blocked then you do have an active ban, and will need to appeal to the ToS team.
EA Help do not handle bans so you will need to contact Terms of Service through the form in the guide above.
