Unlocking weapons

Hi @Wassabec Sorry to say that for account issues and missing items you'd need to get EA Help to unlock them.

You could try ranking up the assault class again in the meantime as that might trigger the unlock, but there's not a tremendous amount we can do to help here.

Thanks for letting us know this is happening, unfortunately, as @ElliotLH stated only our live support team can assist with missing content but we can let the team know this is happening. 

To confirm is the STF44 the only ranked reward not unlocking? Also which platform are you on?

@EA_Illium Hey, no. I've had this issue with previous weapons, grenades etc and it was manually added to me via live chat. I even asked, if it fixes my account in the future leveling and I was told yes. Well, it wasn't. So I leveled more, my weapons are still locked as I level up and when I tried today contacting live support, I was just told to post here.

I'm playing on PC, tried reinstalling game as whole, caches, Windows - issue is sadly not on my side, but something is wrong with my acc and BFV.

@Wassabec Thank you for the update, could you let us know which rewards you are currently missing and I can share this with the team?

@EA_Illium Hello, currently I'm missing StG 44. Maybe I'm missing some more weapons or other unlocks in vehicles, but I didn't notice it.
