I tried to reinstall my drivers, reinstall the game and to play on low settings. None of these worked and game runs the same on low and medium settings.

There are two issues that really affect your performance 1. Your CPU is below the minimum required specs to run BF5 2. your RAM is at the minimum required spec. The CPU is the most important part of this equation since BF5 is a hugely CPU intensive game and the low RAM just exacerbates the issues.
