i was using UOTrace but the server i was connecting to was easo.ea.com but my provider told me thats about USA servers, i need for EU, so i can give the results to my provider and they can fix it. ty
@EA_Atic do you have a server for @B4TTLECRIES-TTV to ping for an EU UOTrace?

- @EA_Atic since there is no chat support to contact atm is there a way to give u the results, because i did the test on this IP already, gave it to my provider aswell and they told me if its this ip then i have to talk to EA because the problem is on their end.
My question is can you do something about it or should i wait for chat support, or if theres an email?- EA_Atic
Hey @B4TTLECRIES-TTV, can upload the Uo-trace to your case and I can take a look to see how it's looking and see where we go from there.
Let me know when you have done that.
