The cheater thing is a bit complicated. Off Course myself noticing cheaters but especially this Christmas everyone a bit experienced is called cheater or hackers. Recently some new players joined a board who not always understand specs or just need to get more experience with the game.

Please note I'm just a BFV player and not working for EA or Dice. But this is not the place to report any cheaters so would save the effort.
