V1 rocket launch bug

I can't lanch v1 rocket, binoculars not show on ps4.. Please help me

    Hey @Matteb81, only one v1 rocket can be  launch at one time so times there can be a bit of delay before you can call yours in if someone else has launched one.

Yeah, it's pretty buggy on ps4. I've had the 'half black screen during binoculars' several times and sometimes it doesn't seem to register me taking out the binoculars. The best thing to do in my experience is hold down the L1 and R1 buttons for a little longer, then he usually does keep the binoculars out...
