V1 rocket launch bug

I can't lanch v1 rocket, binoculars not show on ps4.. Please help me

    Hey @Matteb81, only one v1 rocket can be  launch at one time so times there can be a bit of delay before you can call yours in if someone else has launched one.

For me half the screen goes black, or it calls in something else, or it spends the points with no reward, or binoculars just dont appear - sometimes however it does come up and work and I get a few kills.
