Various progression and reward bugs
Awhile back I reached Support rank 20, and I have not received the rewarded assignments for doing so. I had this bug with my Recon rank 20, and support fixed it for me back then (2021) but now my cases immediately start as "waiting on player" and I am unable to do anything in response except close the case. Other bugs I've noticed are that I am unable to equip dog tags and that I can't talk in game chat, though I've looked into that and apparently the username I use on all platforms is offensive in some way. Primarily hoping for a response on the first subject, but figured I should throw all my grievances here as well.
