Vehicle Collision Death Glitch on Respawn

Summarize your bug As i spawned on a Teammate as he was Proned It Pushed Him Forward Enough to Get away from being ran over by a Truck/Vehicle as it did so it Ran me over and killed me but didn't give a fatal wound pop up or a Revive. It sat me there staring at the sky. I could not Redeploy or do anything. I had to Leave the Server and Reenter. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Ive been ran over on respawn about 6 times and 50% of the time it has done this.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Spawn on a teammate about 1-2 Seconds Before you get Ran over before it Generates your Character with his Weapon out or your Hud Fully Displaying
What happens when the bug occurs? it will Force you into a insta death while unable to Redeploy or Revive forcing you to leave and re enter the server.
What should be happening instead? Ability to Redeploy or revive or at least complete the Death animation.
I dont have a screenshot or a Video but the next time it does happen i will make sure i get a screenshot and update this post ASAP because this is something that happens alot. Well at least it does to me..
