VOIP BFV

Long story short; others can hear me via comms but I cannot hear others despite seeing them transmit. VOIP is turned on and settings volume is set to 100%. Is there a fix for this I haven't been able to find online somebody can offer me?

    • Make sure your settings are configured right, right click on speakers on your task bar, and go to playback devices and make sure your headset is the default device to hear all sounds http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/59/6byd.jpg/
    • Disable drivers for audio devices not in use.
    • 1) In your taskbar, right click the speaker icon and click "PLAYBACK DEVICES".
      2) Under the "PLAYBACK" and "RECORDING" tab make sure to select the device you want to use as DEFAULT (both default device and default communications).
      3) go to http://battlelog.battlefield.com/ and select the correct device. (It will save when you change the options via drop down.)

    thanks this worked via me right clicking the sound icon and selecting sounds and then getting a small window with playback / recordings / sounds / communications and then selecting recordings and setting my microphone input that I use for discord as the default device.

    Now origin voip works.. yay thanks XS0NUX
