War Stories and Challenges don't complete + get stuck + fix for players

Summarize your bug Collectables in the War Stories do not unlock after completing them
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Seems to be a common topic, play your own singleplayer.
What happens when the bug occurs? On Nordlys you do the Campfire Challenge and get rewarded for that ingame, when you leave the game it is still not completed in the War Stories overview and not re-doable.
What should be happening instead? Correct achievment and reward for War Stories Challenges and Collectables
Today I was completing all the Collectibles and Challenges on the War Stories. This happened on the Campfire Challenge in Nordlys as well as with Letter 1 from Tirailleur.
You collect/ complete ingame, after leaving the Mission you see aa incomplete completition bar of the Story. The Letters are not re-takeable and completing a missing Challenge doesnt
fix it either.
FIX:
Save your "Settings" Folder in /user/documents in any other direction
Delete the Settings folder
Turn Off cloud Sync
Enter the Game and play the Mission with the missing objective again, complete this objective
Leave the Game
Replace the new settings Folder by the old one, turn on cloud sync.
I Had to do this and it cost me hours again, this is the 3rd post this week I do because of not completable assignments in Single- and multiplayer.
You have to realize that you steal peoples times and kill their nerves, giving them a impossible task, many not receiving their earned rewards because
of those bugs. This needs to stop, I beg you guys, fix the general assignment completition.
I have a monster PC and a fast/ stable internet connection as well as I am a battlefield veteran
Don't do this to the people.
