I am writing to report an issue in Battlefield 5 where a contact (such as a friend or squadmate) is missing from my in-game contact list or friends list. Despite multiple attempts to refresh and restart the game, the contact does not appear, and I am unable to interact or team up with them in multiplayer modes.

Could you please assist me in resolving this missing contact issue? If there is any information you need from my side (such as Origin ID, platform, or screenshots), I will be happy to provide it.
