Thank you for playing War Story. I am sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Tiger Tank skin. This is a known issue.
Battlefield V known issues and bugs (with workaround)
I have included a link to the Trello board for this issue. It says it has been fixed.
Tiger Tank skins have been locked again
