    Dear @GaunerBoy1989 , I'm very sorry to hear all the trouble you had and steps taken finding a solution for this issue. 

    At one point the issue might be common. Currently weapons do not unlock even as skins.  

    I have the following advice for you:

    1. See this topic and find more gamers having this issue.. You're not alone - It's not Windows or other equipment on pc. Save you the time. Missing content bug 

    2. You might want to see @StRaXD his post which might have the workaround for you : Workaround 

    "The mode practice vs players, level up and then all should unlock"

    3. Check this topic from EA about missing items (normal causes) EA FAQ missing items 

    4. Contact support : Although myself got advised to wait for a fix , the dutch section of  Answer HQ advised to contact support as they have tools to synchronize the account again.

 ill try and tell ya,but i got rid of cloud saves n reinstalled win and didnt worked so far,its weird as hell my friend ☹️

    You have not lost all game process are you? 

    Might also be local files named profdata but I cannot imagine issue should be there. 

    Doing good on troubleshooting! But keep in mind, it might not be your set up.. Lots of game issues since last patch....

      so after last update i recieved  content for sniper and medic, i was inable to acquire mp28 and krag jorgensen,but still im unable to get bren n 2nd spec for brit n ger support,even i unlocked fg42
