  • Hello @shron7

    - Please try disabling Origin In-Game Overlay and other programs with overlays like MSI Afterburner, Discord,

    - Try another port for your mouse.

    - Post a  DXDIAG to see if your system meets the minimum requirements

    - Install the latest Windows Updates.

    - Repair the game through Origin.

    - Install the latest chipset drivers.

    - Delate the Battlefield config:

     gamedrive:\username\documents\battlefield v\settings

Hey @shron7  do you have any overlay running on your PC also do you have any peripherals controllers attached to the PC?

  • I see "GameManagerService.exe" failing in the DxDiag.

The process known as GameManagerService belongs to software Razer Synapse.

    - Please try a clean boot to see if it's a program in the background that could be potentially conflicting with Origin.

It would also be useful to run a couple of checks of Windows files.  Here's how:

    • Hit Windows key-X
    • Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator),” whichever option is offered
    • Inside the window that appears, copy and paste “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes into the window, and enter
    • The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here
    • After it reaches 100%, hit Windows key-X again
    • Again, choose “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator)”
    • Inside the window, copy and paste “sfc /scannow” without quotes into the window, and enter
    • Post the message you receive here
