Weapon unlock unsuccessful

Hi, I have an issue, when I am trying to unlock some weapons, eg. Chauchat. My career rank is 106, class rank is 20. I choose  "replace primary" menu, select a gray, but available item, clicking to...

    Hey @GaborLXV,

    Cheers for the post.

    It could be that the transaction to buy the Chauchat with CC already succeeded once and that you didn't claim it, which now results in an error when you try to purchase it again.

    When you have purchased a gun with CC, it ends up in your Armory, ready to be claimed.

    Can you maybe check if your Armory has the gun there and if you can claim it that way?

I actually have a similar issue but with the stg 44, which unlocks at assault rank 13 an I'm now almost assault rank 15 I've checked the armory and still nothing, also whenever I'm in a game if I try to switch to it it says "available next round" but then I never receive the weapon I've been trying to unlock this for a while now please help
