What gives EA the right to offend me and completely ignore it

My commonly used irl nickname has been hairy make for over 10 years now. I'm a really hairy guy and make is a common nickname for people called Markus where I'm from, hence hairy make. Now, for the first time in my life, my physical appearance has been categorized so offensive that I'm no longer allowed to speak. And I demand to know why.

I have made two tickets to EA support in the past 5 weeks or so, which have been just closed after a week without any explanation or progression in the matter. I have also not received any messages from EA about them silencing me, why they silenced me or any sort of apology for insulting me. That only means that EA couldn't care less about insulting me. I have paid for Battlefield V and my nickname was fine for 2-3 years, but now I can't even refund it, because I have 1000+ hours played.

Categorizing hairy to be offensive leads to another problem: am I allowed to put a picture of my face as my avatar? Would I need to shave my beard? What if I have a T-shirt on and my arm hairs are showing? Will I get banned?

Absolutely ridiculous.
