What's the lockout for in an online game?!

At the start of the game, I played 14 hours of online play without using any cheats. Disabled DX12 (as often written on forums).
BF5 is not listed in the ban list, I have not received any letters from EA support about blocking. Since the game is not in the ban list to write to support I can not and challenge the blocking too.
How can I correct the situation?!

    on the title screen of the game, all network options are unavailable, and on top of the warning that I am supposedly blocked, and this is in BF1, BF4 BF5, but BF2042 works perfectly and no problems.

    @ElliotLH The problem is that I don't have these games on my ban list and I can't open a dispute over them.

    @igrom You can contact EA Help to ask them to check. They can also initiate the appeal process with the Terms of Service team on your behalf. The webform at this link can be used to contact them:

    It may also be worth checking your account's primary email for any notification from ToS, incase it has ended up in junk.

    Please note that it is not possible to appeal a ban on these forums. The only people who handle ban appeals are EA's ToS team.

    Unfortunately I cannot address my issue by filling out the form, as the game is not on the ban list. There is FIFA, which I have never played or bought (probably because I am from Russia, that's why I was banned).
    In general it is strange, but I was not banned, if you believe the ban list. And who to write on this case I do not know.

    @igrom You can still contact EA Help and ask them to check and, if there is an active ban, create an appeal. All you'd do is open a new case or a live chat at help.ea.com.
