"Could be a issue with Origin In-Game Overlay. For some reason I could not disable the overlay using the Origin options, but I managed to disable the overlay completely by deleting or renaming 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin\igo64.dll'.
Note this will disable the overlay for all your Origin games and the file may need to be renamed/deleted after every Origin update.
I also disabled Steam overlay and re-installed origin (removing the Steam installed client with Geek uninstaller and re-downloading off Origin's website) - these things may be worth trying."

Hi there and thks for ur replay, but I allrdy tried that, and no luck with that, so I am still thinking my upgrading to win 11 might be the problem, since I had no problems before I upgraded.
