Why cant I see my Vehicle- and Weopen-skins ingame

I cant see my own Skins and the skins of my teammates ingame for example me and my friend got the Spitfire MK VA Ice skin and ingame I just see the default Spitfire MK VA skin.

    I would suggest then to create a case in EA Live-Support
    https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/

    Take a screenshot of the purchased skin not showing and include it in your case.Explain them that you tried repair/reinstall the game and deleted the origin cache
