Hello @ZyLeader,
Here are some steps to troubleshoot the issue:
Check for Updates: Ensure both the EA app and Steam are fully updated. Sometimes updates can resolve compatibility issues.
Run as Administrator: Right-click on both the EA app and Steam icons and select "Run as administrator." This can help with permission issues.
Clear EA App Cache:
- Close the EA app.
- Press Windows + R, type %ProgramData%/EA, and delete the "EA Desktop" folder.
- Restart the EA app.
Verify Game Files: In Steam, right-click on Battlefield V, select "Properties," go to the "Local Files" tab, and click "Verify Integrity of Game Files." This can fix any corrupted files.
Disable Overlays: Turn off any overlays from programs like Steam, Discord, or GeForce Experience, as these can sometimes cause conflicts.
Reinstall the EA App: If the problem persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the EA app.
Contact EA Support: If you’re still unable to play, reaching out to EA Support may provide additional assistance.
Best regards,
danisoff
