It is mostly determined by one's own behavior. Going into a running round means that 90% of the time you get into the team that has just been defeated.
Playing solo without a squad means that you stand for auto balance in the first place.
Staying in a strongly inferior team certainly doesn't change anything.
So try to get to a server where the round is just starting. Play in a squad and, if possible, change teams / servers.
