Hi, I am having this issue ‘could not fetch your report’ PS4, BF5.
ive asked for help on @EAHelp twitter account yesterday but no reply.
This issue is happening every time I play for the last 3 days on conquest.
What makes this worse is that battlefield 5 is the only game I play - I’m not a gamer per se. So, points and progress lost every round, can’t rank up my rifle, there’s no point in playing. So I’ve turned it off and I’m unhappy EA Games.
How do I fix this issue.
Possible causes? I have recently upgraded to a PS4 pro, and also changed my PlayStation + EA profile picture. I’ve tried to fix it by signing in and out of PSN and EA account - it didn’t fix it.
Still broken, along with weapon unlocks / rewards in 100% of games I have played. I'm done until there is a fix. I find it ironic that they are trying to make money off the sales of cosmetic items, when we can't even unlock the relevant guns through gameplay. Dice, your game is broken, and you will lose money.
