Will there be eastern front & pacific teather?

I saw that BF5 got  a few updates in the past few months, but i just wanna ask if it is possible to get new fronts, armies and equipments to the game. If yes, I'll may buy the game. When i saw BF1's DLCs, all of them featured lots of new stuff, but i also wanna hear other players' opinion about the game, if should i buy it later on, or there is all hope lost in this game. I know that with the announcing trailer everyone hated it, but may it became better...
